The first Kestrel left the box today and ended up in a nearby Oak. The rate of growth is quite staggering and they really do change before your very eyes.

Lichens, Scottish Borders

I don't know anything about Lichens but i could have stared at this rock all day. The patterns and colours were mesmerising.

A satellite tagged immature that is currently touring the Scottish Borders. I soon realised that my body wasn't designed for traversing the vertical hillsides as i searched for the eagle.
