This falcon was present briefly on the beach. It had a Barbary Falcon underwing and looked pretty good above as well. After reading what scant information i could find on the eastern Barbary Falcon the only odd things were possibly the lack of rufous on the whole of the crown and the paler than normal? underparts. A bit more research needed.
