I spent the 4 weeks with Fundacion Migres, helping to count migrating birds just as i did last autumn. I must say a very big thanks to all the Migres staff, many of whom i now feel are good friends, for making me feel so welcome. It is a rare pleasure to be among like minded people who find bird migration quite simply mind blowing. I also thank them and the other Spanish volunteers for helping to improve my English. It is true!.
